We currently employ at least 75 people each month & are always keen to offer positions to residents from our village locations where it can often be more difficult to find local employment.
We also engage with the local Buckinghamshire College Group in both recruitment & offering apprenticeships.

Twice a year we host a staff party for all our team as another way of saying thank you for all their hard work.
We present annual staff awards for the following categories: Customer Service Excellence, Outstanding Team Player, Rising Star & Unsung Hero. All our staff are invited to nominate other team members for these with the Senior Management Team also presenting a Special Recognition award.
We operate a ‘Moogies Staff Discount Scheme’. This benefit is open to all employees and casual workers and can be used across all Moogies venues. The discount amount depends on how long staff have been working for the business.
As a sign of our commitment, we have a senior role within our business responsible for maintaining focus on sustainability across our operations.
We have also appointed a Mindful Champion in each of our venues to help with delivering our sustainability aspirations.
